At Agave Vacation Rentals, we’re more than a management company — we’re a family-built business with a mission rooted in resilience and service.

My name is Matt, and I’m the founder. My journey into vacation rentals began after I was shot in the hip during the Route 91 festival — a moment that forever changed my perspective on life. That experience pushed me to prioritize purpose, freedom, and most of all, my family. I started building a portfolio of short-term rentals not just as a business, but as a path toward something meaningful — and now, I help other homeowners do the same.
