service (the “Terms”). These Terms outline the rules and guidelines governing the use of our
website and services, particularly regarding Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If
you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Messaging Consent
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional and promotional
messages from Agave Vacation Rentals. This includes but is not limited to SMS
notifications related to your account, purchases, promotions, and other updates.
• Transactional Messages: Messages directly related to transactions or inquiries initiated
by the user.
• Promotional Messages: Marketing and promotional content delivered periodically.
You can opt out of promotional messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any
message. Standard messaging and data rates may apply.
3. Compliance with A2P Messaging Regulations
We comply with the regulations governing A2P messaging, including the Telephone
Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and any local and international messaging laws. Users
must provide explicit consent to receive messages, and we offer clear instructions for
opting out.
4. Data Collection & Privacy
All personal information, including phone numbers, is collected and processed in
accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your personal data will not be shared
with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for any
activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date
contact information.
6. Termination of Messaging Services
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your messaging services if there is a
violation of these Terms or misuse of the messaging features.
7. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately
upon posting. Continued use of our services following any such changes indicates your
agreement to the new terms.
